Our qualified staff will work with you to determine logo size, lettering colours and shape of your unique design. All these components need to be considered when designing your logo. This process can take 10 minutes or 10 days or more depending on the intricacies of your design, however it is very important to the process to take the time needed to achieve the look you want. Below are some examples of what can be achieved. Towards the bottom of this page we show some designs, both simple and complex, with the number of stitches in each. This is to give you a rough idea of how many stitches your design may require.

Once this has been accomplished we proceed to the digitizing of your design so that our 6 head Tajima embroidery machine will embroider your design with ease. The digitising costs are $20 per thousand stitches; this is a one-time cost to set up your design for embroidery and represents our cost to set your design up. We digitise for our valued customers who rely on us to supply their clothing and imprinting needs. We provide the service at cost or below cost in many instances and therefore we do not offer a digitising only service and we are very clear about this at the beginning of our relationship with all our valued customers. The reproduction of your design belongs to you our customer however any related items required to produce the finished product remain with the design filing system of van Hellemond Sporte and are produced by van Hellemond Sporte Ltd. for the exclusive use of our valued customers.

Once the digitising has been completed the next step is to send you an embroidered sample to confirm the design and colour are satisfactory to you. When this process is completed and you have chosen the apparel you wish to have your design embroidered into, delivery is usually within 2 to 3 weeks or sooner, and it's just that simple.
