van Hellemond Sporte wishes to be an open and easy to access business. You can contact us via post, fax, email, phone or in person. Normal working hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, our answering machine can take your messages outside of these times. Contact details for our two main locations are provided below along with maps should you wish to drop by in person. We are always open to suggestions and ideas for improving our service to you. Initial contact can be done using this contact page, please e-mail us a message telling us what products you would like to know more about. We have a quote/order form below, you may want to print one off and fill it out as you go through all the different products and catalogues.

A Quotation will be sent to you after our initial discussion, to be sure sizes, colours and style of garment are correct, we will send samples upon request.

Once confirmation of sizes, colour and style is complete these products may be ordered at your request. At the same time any cresting information should be finalized.

Cresting information will be sampled and sent to you for approval any changes will be
discussed re-sampled and sent to you for approval.

Once you have decided to order, we accept Master Card, Visa and American Express, all orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due on shipping of goods. Corporate, School and Organizations may apply for accounts. This takes approx. 3 weeks to establish. Please fill out credit application.
